David Rickey has been a big seller all the way up but recently he's been exercising his options for paper gains and holding the shares (not as good as outright purchasing shares, but with all his options, who needs even more shares.... certainly better than the likes of other ceos that continue to sell even now). Makes me think he feels he can sell the stock later for more.

Disappointing he was selling as he dared others to own the company, but he has a ton of unvested options and I don't believe that he was selling out because he thought the fundamentals were deteriorating so quickly. When I went to the annual meeting last year he told me something to the effect of... "don't bet the farm on my company. The stock and the company are two different things".

I still think growth will return, but have my doubts that it will be as fast as it was after an initial pop and I don't think we'll see the valuations that we saw last year.

A nice base for the stock would be healthy.
