Actually it's more like quadruple taxing but I don't want to drop a quibble on you. The worst thing about the estate tax is that because of it, if parent gives kid money, the Federal Government demands to be in on the transaction.

The Supreme court found a right of privacy in the Constitution when it came to killing your kids, but if they survive there is no right of privacy when it comes to giving them gifts.

I try really really hard not to be cynical but in the face of pure madness, I'm losing ground.

I don't like the estate tax because it is double taxing.

Now you have. My mother inherited two farms and had to sell the smaller one to cover the taxes.
