Watson: transmission line capacity is indeed one of the big problems we have, but if you want to call Whitman names for not including that in his *power plant* capacity discussion, then you should be blasting Cheney even more so, because he not only dismisses this issue, but he then says we aren't building enough power plants. So which instance is worse?? As for engineering minds... please... you're boring me already. I'm a computer programmer by profession and business. Logic and equations are things I deal with everyday. For you to say that "a technology retard can only discuss complex issues in one dimension at a time", well... that's a nuts. Just how many things at a time do you wish for Whitman to talk about?? Everything is related to everything else in one way or another. He was merely pointing out the foolishness of Cheney's power plant variable. The issue of transmission lines is a separate, but related issue. TRUE systems analysts *never* look at the entire equation all at once... that's why we do "object-oriented" programming, rather than trying to tackle a massive, complex issue all at once. Maybe you should re-examine your systems analyst training??

Peace,
