I have been watching VZ trying to break free of their ball and chain from VOD in the wireless sector, and the ATT, BT, NTT trio all seem to be united under the same umbrella: closed markets. If VZ is doing something to pave the way for future affiliations with free market players here in the fiber sector, then they are following suit to what they are attempting in the wireless sector: superior technology, rather than superior political power to help them compete. I will examine what I can about Telergy, but they have very little available. Thanks for the direction. Martin Thomas
