Knobias reported in a First Alert that we would be contacting the company and after talking to Roger Pawson we learned that an IDFR press release that is planned to be released tomorrow was published on their website, today. Mr. Pawson said, "The press release was distributed through the message boards and that is why the stock is moving, today". Mr. Pawson added that "IDFR is very excited about being able to provide their technology to California."

May 24th, 2001 ID Four Ltd., (OTCBB: IDFR), The companys Board of Directors announced meetings with California State Senators offices, and Utility Companies re: pre-emptive Rolling Blackout Alerts.

The Board of Directors of ID Four, today announced they have been in negotiations with the various governing organizations in California, regarding Pre-Emptive Rolling Blackout by use of ID Fours Intelligent Digital Communications Technology.

Yesterday's demonstration to one of California's State Senator's offices, quickly demonstrated how in a matter of minutes how an audio and visual alert could be sent to computer users in the designated zip codes within minutes of a notification by Caliso of an impending power reduction. This method of immediate notification can be sent by a single programmer to the entire area to be affected in a matter of minutes, allowing both the general public, businesses and Public Safety officials to act proactively to take the necessary measures for everyone's safety during the power interruption.

During yesterdays meeting, discussions on the advance warnings included how building management companies could prevent people from being trapped in elevators, businesses could take steps to save food and health products safely. Valuable computer data could be saved as a result of advance warning to save files accounting and documents. Public safety officials, [Caltrans and Police Departments] could dispatch additional staff to the Blackout areas before they occur.

ID Four is also scheduled to meet with one of California's leading Utility Compan's early next week, to demonstrate the effectiveness of this Technology.

The Board of Directors of ID Four also, reconfirmed that this is a customized version of ID Fours proprietary IDC code, which is used as a Pre-Emptive problem solving program for use on Desktop computers. This demonstrates again how versatile and multi-functional the company's proprietary technology is.

ID Four Ltd. Founded in 1983, ID Four was formerly known as International Dynamic Pictures, Inc. The Public company waded through many layers of management until 1997, when it was taken over by a management team with a strong knowledge of Internet and Database Technology. In 1999 the company suffered a severe financial loss when resources were primarily focused on the development of a pre-emptive Y2K program. The smooth transition Worldwide to the year 2000, caused a major loss of revenues and profits to ID Four, and a subsequent De-listing from a fully reporting status. In June of 2000, TLCO Software's Board of Directors, assumed control of ID Four, and structured a merger of the two companies. Id Four today has become a profitable entity with a strong intent to be back to a fully reporting status in the year 2001.
