This is the kind of thing that should lead us up that steep incline...story below. It is an extremely important factor.

Even with less new money into the market, signs of recovery will make these people (Fidelity and Janus) buy into techs even on hope. This coupled with a high short interest means we can climb that mountain...quite fast.
Not expecting a repeat of the last time but still a signifant short term move.
I am betting that the gains on tech will be better in the near term instead of late year or next year
