stubba, RE: I'm certain that Goldman hedged their position so they can't lose money no matter what happens. I would love to see the actions GS took to completely eliminate the risk.

I will guarantee you that Goldman purchased DELL shares to eliminate the risk.

For some time now Goldman has been the leading sell side owner of DELL stock. As of the end of the last quarter, Goldman owned 32,897,000 shares of DELL.
