Jesus was born sinless, by nature of His divinity and the fact that He was the direct creation of the Holy Spirit, (the second Adam). Some have postulated that the sin nature was passed through agency of the mans "seed", but I'm not totally convinced that's true. His humanity definitely came from Mary, but if Mary needed to be sinless, then so did her parents and so on. All I know for sure is that the Bible claims he was sinless, necessarily, and experientially. Definitely not a horse thief.

Where did Adam get his Y chromosomes from?
Perhaps Jesus got his from the same Source!
