I try to address every substantive post. If I have disregarded anything, it has been unconscious. Karen only said "others", not every possible interlocutor. We are working with her definition. I sometimes think others have a valid point. So, only if I agree that it is an inevitable feature of human beings to ignore what is disagreeable can I admit anything. I would have to ponder that..... I agree that the definition is overly broad, however, and includes things that are common foibles......
