brush, I dunno. My bet's on the 7th. (well, the 15th, literally speaking :) ) When did they warn in Q3 last year? Was it two warnings? Doug

They still hope to pull a rabbit out of their hat in the last couple weeks" Intel has been pretty darn good about pulling rabbits out of the hat. They could even do it this quarter but the next few quarters it's going to take Houdini to bail them out, IMHO. You've got AMD coming back in to the notebook market and entering the server market. You have a load of low margin XBOX chips out the door. Maybe AMD doesn't make much dent in the server market at first but Intel will likely defend their territory vigorously, with some price cuts. Couple this with a .42 BTB and Intel could hear a giant sucking sound. Jim
