Max, the wine.com writeoff was expected. There is another $33-37 million in writeoffs that could happen sometime in the future also, but probably most not until later this year. $33-million is Polo.com, I believe. I think that will be countered by an exercise of warrants by NBC that will generate $50-million in cash, I believe (NBC has warrants to buy at $17/share).
