Sergio: I like RAD's chart.<g> It has a nice, consistent up-trend since January and will look even better when the price is able to close above the February 2000 H of 10. I think Bob Miller is doing a good job and he may be worth his 3 million salary & bonus for 2001.<g> Regarding the debentures call, those things get a little too complicated for me.<g> It seems that will not take place until late June unless extended, and a holder of more than $150 million of the 10.5% notes is going to get 12.5% notes maturing in 5 more years instead of cash. I suppose the financing that they are getting in August to redeem the notes is going to be at a significant lower % rate than the present 10.5% in order for the company to save enough doe to pay for part of Bob's salary.<g> At any rate,as I said,the whole thing is kind of complicated for me and I hope you let us know when the deal does go through, and in the mean time I will just keep an eye on the stock's price performance.
