Geez, DMA, take it easy, you are going to blow a gasket. To paraphrase a refrain heard here frequently, it isn't whether he was involved with that magazine project, it is whether he lied under oath about it to the Senate Committee. He said he had nothing to do with it, er, just a little bit to do with it, not really all that much to do with it, really. If it turns out he was perjuring himself, a lot of folks (altho maybe not a lot of Lotts folks) may find that relevant to whether he should advocating the nation's legal positions before the Supreme Court. Just a thought.
