I don't think INTC's capex figures are lies. However, if they've already spent 2/3 of their budget AND the book-to-bill was a whopping 0.42 in April, this means non-INTC Capex has literally disappeared. Combine that with the fact that DRAM prices are at all-time lows, along with the comments for CHRT and others about semi demand and we can safely conclude that semi equipment manufacturers will be in the toilet for 3 more quarters, minimum.
