In other news, Governor Davis informed the Pacific Stock Exchange that it must give California investors 2 weeks notice before crashing, as well as seeking California regulatory pre-approval.

In a state executive order, all earthquakes of greater than magnitude 5.0 are prohibited except in regions specifically zoned for this activity.
