Sooner or later consumer debt will come back and bite everyone in the ass. The questions is, when and how soon?

Sheesh, a lot of if's out there for the future and I have nothing but bad thoughts.

Just me, or just a bad dream?

Zeev:

I only ask you once and a while for reivew of IP companies. You dissed PANL badly when it was at 5 and now it is close to 20 after partnership with SONY for OLED displays.

Now I bring to the table AWRE which does mainly DSL firmware IP licensing. DSL technology doesn't excite anyone now a days. However one of AWRE products is a JPEG2000 software codec. I found this eetimes article after going to a web site to see how some DDR Athlon board compared to state of the art Intel XEON 1.7 GHZ processor to yank carl's chain a little. However I found ADI JPEG2000 accelerator chip. Can you tell if AWRE could be getting royalties on this chip since the techniques in silicon would likely seem to be implimented from technology in software codec.
AWRE is tracking NAz since this article came out. They seem to have good relationship with licensee ADI. You know how I like IP companies.
