RA is still at a great price and should declare the dividend in the next 2 weeks. There is a chance that they will raise the dividend also. It ran from 21.50 to nearly 23 before dropping to 21.70 again. I expect to get 22.50-23.00 if no dividend increase. The possible downside is that they are taking a bath on internet broadband and NY real estate is going down the tubes. These are risks that don't overly concern me at this time. Richard
