in all seriousness, Anthony, you raise an interesting question. Part of me feels like ECNC is a failure, because of the constant delays (and I never recieved my free cash pad). But, something is still going on. Tom et.al are still doing SOMETHING (though I'm not sure what the hell it is). A few more 'real' companies are signing up to accept cashpad payments. ECNC seems to have an unlimited supply of money to lose according to the filings. Where it's coming from is anyones guess. I'll be curious to see the next SEC docs, and to see if ECNC fulfills its roll-out procedure commitments that are listed on the website. Failure? Nah..Succesful company? Nah. Yanking everyone's chain?? Maybe. ECNC, like SEVU, continues to defy all odds. Thankfuly, I've made $$ on both stocks, and continue to hold free shares, just in case my pie-in-the-sky beliefs actually come to fruition. dave

Hi Anthony, Spent this weekend with some high rollers. In fact with real money changers. Folks that will pay 6-8 gs to rent a place for a week an not blink an eye.;-) They have corps. an are looking to expand,(growth an asked me my thoughts). I said to them do business on the internet. There response was, they don't do well because no one wants to give out there CC#. Most of them are shutting down their sites. So the bottom line is that there is a need for a company like ECNC to be there. The problem is that ECNC has approached this whole thing the wrong way. I could sell ECNC tomorrow to many folks but ECNC doesn't want to listen to anyone but them selves an that is why they will be sucking hind tit to someone else, just like Apple is today. They got their wrap before their distribution. Now to answer your question, no I don't think the company is a write off. They could be profitable in a hartbeat if they would listen to folks.;-)))))))))) Like I said, I could sell this in a minute to Real Estate companys in a heart beat. Once the company gets their head out of their ass an stops knocking around in the sand, they could make this all happen. Ron
