Furrfu, it's hard to say if the futures today were manipulated too much. When there is news out, it is a little harder to move them in the direction you want to, IMO.

i have a sizable amount of treasuries coming due on 6/30 and as since i bought them yields have dropped signicantly i am now going to be searching through preferred stock selections; for those looking for dividend yields this may be the best way to go.
I myself,would not touch REITS with a ten-foot pole,they are just too priced up.max
