Zeev: when was that offering? Dec 18, 2000 raising $5.5 M @ $8.50/ share via warrants with additional warrant to purchase another @ $10. universaldisplay.com Eariler they sold warrants in Apr 99 @ $3.5. I am not going to sugar coat it but it looks like they will go back and issue more warrants in the future to meet their future cash needs. It sure looks like a RMBS-type of company to me. I am on track to be on right side of 10 fold share price rise. Getting back to AWRE they have a good cash flow and $3/ share in cash. Any thoughts. john
