I'm still on the sidelines as to gold.Candles from yesterday not pretty.Think I'll take a closer look now.On that MFNX trade my system did not give a buy signal so I was playing with fire.4.75 with a stop at 4.50 and short term target of 5.70-75 is da play.Stochastics oversold but not turning up yet.Jag notes saying Qwest looking at purchase in 12 area.PnF still gives a buy target 7.75

Still waiting on that gap to fill on NEM.There is another gap below that too.

Hi J.T. In terms of EW, the XAU has been my favourite index to count. The waves are very clear to me.

It looks like this morning kicked off a 'b' wave up which will probably last until early next week. They sometimes even make new highs but they are not a new impulsive up. They are followed by 'c' waves down which I still expect in this case takes us back to XAU 58. After that, expect a moon launch.-ng

I would never short gold stocks because they have entered a a secular bull and they could explode at any time but if I was ever going to, it would be at the top of this 'b'.
