ID Four Announces Solution for California's Pre-Emptive Rolling Blackout Alerts

SAN DIEGO, Calif., May 25 /PRNewswire/ -- ID Four Ltd.,
(OTC Bulletin Board: IDFR), The company's Board of Directors announced
meetings with California State Senators offices, and Utility Companies
re: Pre-Emptive Rolling Blackout Alerts.
The Board of Directors of ID Four, today announced they have been in
negotiations with the various governing organizations in California, regarding
Pre-Emptive Rolling Blackout by use of ID Four's Intelligent Digital
Communications Technology.
Yesterday's demonstration to one of California's State Senator's offices,
quickly demonstrated how in a matter of minutes how an audio and visual alert
could be sent to computer users in the designated zip codes within minutes of
a notification by Caliso of an impending power reduction. This method of
immediate notification can be sent by a single programmer to the entire area
to be affected in a matter of minutes, allowing both the general public,
Businesses and Public Safety officials to act proactively to take the
necessary measures for everyone's safety during the power interruption.
During yesterday's meeting, discussions on the advance warnings included:
how building management companies could prevent people from being trapped in
elevators, and how Businesses could take steps to save food and health
products safely. Valuable computer data could be saved as a result of advance
warning. Public safety officials, [Caltrans and Police Departments] could
dispatch additional staff to the Blackout areas before they occur.
ID Four is also scheduled to meet with one of California's leading Utility
Company's early next week to demonstrate the effectiveness of this Technology.
The Board of Directors of ID Four also reconfirmed that this is a
customized version of ID Four's proprietary IDC code, which is used as a
Pre-Emptive problem solving program for use on Desktop computers. This
demonstrates again how versatile and multi-functional the company's
proprietary technology is.

GOVERNOR UNVEILS BLACKOUT WARNING PLAN

SACRAMENTO

Governor Gray Davis today announced his plan to provide California
neighborhoods and businesses with notification of impending blackouts. "Here
in California, blackouts have become the energy-era equivalent of an
earthquake," Governor Davis said. "But, if blackouts are going to occur,
there's no reason for us to be kept in the dark. We deserve as much advance
warning as possible. Notice of impending blackouts is more than a question of
convenience. It's vital to public safety."
Governor Davis' plan will require notice of blackouts 48 hours, 24 hours
and one hour in advance.

-- "Rolling Blackout Alert" -- At 48 hours, the Independent System
Operator will give Californians [Utility Companies] an "alert" if
blackouts are likely to occur. From this time, the ISO will post
hourly updates for the public over the Internet.

-- "Location Notification" -- At 24 hours, utilities will be required to
identify the neighborhoods scheduled for blackouts.

-- "Blackout Warning" -- At one hour prior to an actual blackout,
utilities will give a blackout warning, with the exact location and
time of the impending blackout.

"Currently, we've been receiving notice as late as two minutes before a
blackout," Governor Davis said. "A two-minute warning might work fine for the
NFL, but it doesn't work for our consumers and businesses. Warnings allow law
enforcement to send personnel to busy intersections. Warnings encourage
people to avoid elevators. Warnings help people who run day care to prepare
at home."
