I believe British Colonial Rule in India gave a great deal to the Indian masses! I agree that it is immoral to colonize other people, treat them with the iron fist and call them "niggers" but British Raj was also a great system, it worked! I left behind the only working democracy in the Central Asia! It left behind the most extensive rail system in Asia, and a political and industrial infra-structure upon which the bright young Indians could build. The Brits ruled India with benevolent iron fist, but they were fair, comparing to French and Belgiums! In fact Indians love England! All you have to do is to Go England and you see millions of Indians! They love England so much that after their colonial master gave them their liberty, they didn't want they followed Brits to England!
