Interactive TV - I think these are the pure-plays - may be others and then there is set-top box makers to consider later if I-TV strength continues...many plays there too.

MSFT is in here with WebTV subsidiary.

SBLU is acquiring RePlayTV.

AOL - will be involved with I-TV has 15% stake in TIVO

TIVO - Phillips and SNE make the PVR

OPTV - has alliance with DISH

LBRT - ORCL is a big owner - about 1/3

IATV - AT&T subsidiary LMGA owns about 1/4...This one also has an "e-school" and education stocks have been hotties, so I think that is a plus....but others may have e-learning too - don't know.

WINK - MSFT has a 10% stake here

WGAT - affiliated with Charter and Comcast cable providers
