So some unknown person - deemed an excellent fellow because he blurts out a possible Intel chip set flaw - with no substantiation of facts - is cause for an AMDroid glee attack?

This isn't a bug. It's lowered PCI bandwidth under some conditions. If this is our new definition of bug then Athlon has a bug running SPEC.

Paul, did you *read* the sentence you quoted???

>> "Intel i860 has same bug as i850? - A most excellent fellow, Duraid Madina, tells me of most non-excellent news"

> So some unknown person - deemed an excellent fellow because he blurts out a possible Intel chip set flaw - with no substantiation of facts - is cause for an AMDroid glee attack

The news was termed 'non-excellent', the fellow's excellence is an orthogonal condition.
