Perhaps you're right. Bush should not rely on Cheney for anything. That's a method of management that would fit right in over in Washington. Poor management...

Bull. Bush is obviously in charge. No doubt Cheney has influence. That's a good thing. He's very impressive. POTUS is a tough job. A good leader uses the talents of all his team to the best advantage. JLA
