The figures, as I recall, take in the top 1% of taxpayers and factor in the proposed estate tax repeal.

What is the "fair share" of the tax burden for the wealthiest households? If you object in principle to a progressive tax scheme, then you must think it "fair" for low-income households to pay the same percentage in tax as high-income households, no matter what distress this causes.

I don't agree, and most Americans don't agree either.
