That's some really sick stuff. That guy should be fired for threatening someone who has done nothing illegal. An Attorney General is supposed to uphold the law, not use the position to threaten people.

With an AG like that, who is supposed to uphold the law...perhaps it would be better if ALL private power companies (those big, bad robber guys) just pulled up stakes, and left CA.

What possible incentive would an investor, large or small, have in investing in anything in a state that elects such stupid officials, and further believes that they have the right to seize private property.
