Read the first paragraph of the Business Wire info: "May 25, 2001--Rambus Inc. (Nasdaq:RMBS - news) today announced that ..." Therefore it is apparent that the other "information" was also taken from the same mouth. Would not a reasonable person be a little more cautious to an announcement by a company that was found guilty of fraud by three independent bodies of justice? - Ali
