They claim the problem isn't their technology and say they have failed to execute. They've failed to execute because the technology isn't going in the direction that carriers have to go. I am not in a position to divulge any further details. However, I do like this Merlin addition. This takes the company out of the chap 11 category. I wasn't privy to the inner workings that led to the exercise acquisition. In any event I withdraw my previous criticism and take a neutral stance on the company. It will take time for things to improve and the upside is limited until then, but at least the giant maw underneath seems to have been closed.
