The TIVO CEO was on CNBC last night and said they did not plan to pursue patent litigation against MSFT or Replay TV. So I'm not sure what this patent accomplishes And I never thought TIVO like devices were a must have for many consumers. It's great as a stable of products for SBLU though. I remain convinced that SBLU will go up at least 10 X over the next few years. It is becoming the clear leader in the new digital entertainment devices.
