If you drive on the highway or fly on a plane, you are at thousands times more risk. A plane is far more dangerous than a nuke plant. An airplane into a liquified natural gas tank. An asteroid. With what you propose for rish tolerance you should avoid taking a shower, taking a bath, siting in a chair, opening a car door. Also you should never use any utensil to eat. You should never touch anything that runs on electricity.
