No, we haven't heard a thing David. It's wearing a little thin.

It does look as if there is someone(s) offering support whenever another investor gets frustrated and unloads. JMHO. It's been a while since we've had any substantive news. Again some of the more investigative Yahooligans and some here at SI have uncovered links that haven't been previously announced, but that's about it. At this point I'm not looking for any news anytime soon. Just hunkering down and waiting.

Rumours and conspiracy theories abound, but that imho is just some peoples way of justifying the low price and their continued involvement. I think way too many of us are emotionally attached to the Ampex name, each for their own individual reason, and therefore this stock. But hope springs eternal, and without it, all we'd have would be a stock that is stuck in the low thirties. Cents that is.

Happy travelling, sounds like fun.

Great news about Hugh and the ads, I'm not seeing anything here in the East, but I don't watch that much TV, especially the networks. Can't take the bias.

Thanks for the info, Dave. Good to see you posting.

Yeah the content, to my eyes, is good to very good ( for what it is). The syndication progress is fine (though few are paying much for it now). But it is all about the money now. If they get it Bill will probably get more than his triple, and longs will achieve a measure of some relief and renewed hope. If they do not, then our worst Ampex nightmares will come true. We can guess at the odds based on fairly long history...but past isn;t always prelude ....we can ponder and puzzle certain financial moves they chose not to make...but, in my best guess, AXC management does not even know if that money will come through yet....and that will become clear in a frightening manner at the annual meeting.
