well it does seem, given the amount of research that has been done on the so called "conspiracy" aspect re: gold.... that the circumstantial understanding is well established, true or false.... but i would also suggest there is plenty of historical evidence to suppose...given the fed's printing, inflation, demand numbers, production, and the now ever smaller community of mining companies.... that it is quite possible a higher price for gold will establish itself..... now more than ever.... there is little that has been written *that i've seen at least* to persuade otherwise....

obviously... invest at risk.... it is far from riskless....

however, on a value basis, and given fundamentals nearly everywhere else... i'm not particularly nervous owning a book or less than book gold when i consider the present alternatives.....

of course it is a great detective story to be right about the rest.... i hope they are right.... the proof will have enormous consequences... particularly in choosing between a corp jet of standard size....and a small boeing....
