Hmmmm-- I enjoyed that posting--sounds like my back yard with BellSouth, your PacBell cousin. They must have a cross-dressing executive exchange program between themselves. BellSouth execs haven't used their brains for years either and my experiences with BellSouth parallel yours--non-responsiveness, poor (if any) customer service, unscheduled outages, poorly operated network by clueless operators--just like yours. At least yours is regulated by the PUC--mine runs untethered and no oversite in the data communications arena and no way to complain, officially. We ought to exchange more variables between us.
