JBin, I am sorry. What happened was that I was on the Yahoo Home Store (HOMS) board and some of the longs started bashing Anthony because he gave a negative rating to Home Store...they posted something to the effect that Anthony had just been busted, was going to do 2 months in a Texas prison, and that he would probably need some soap on a rope. I don't even know why they were bashing Anthony since he had not even been mentioned on the thread but I guess those angry longs were going to bash him anyway. Thats why my source was screwed up. I actually like Anthony, think he does a great service to the inves- ment community, and once even proposed that we form a Hedge Fund that specialized in shorting garbage companies. So, sorry for the information being old, but not exactly incorrect... -John (who is short on HOMS)
