iPaq pocket PC is not a PC - IDC puts them in a separate category. Thin Clients are not PCs either - I don't know where they are counted, they used to be "terminals" but I doubt anyone counts terminals any more. CPQ used to OEM their thin clients from Wyse - who DID make terminals. I don't know who makes their current thin client devices but I doubt it is more than a re-badged thin client and I would still bet on Wyse as the source.

The Citrix business was what pushed CPQ into the original Wyse deal. They were after the server business but had to provide and service the whole deal.
