Ramsey, SDD is when the 1x networks light up against the Cabal. The "carriers"<gg> of the torch are KDDI and Sprint PCS, two companies with such similar lineage it is almost scary.

BTW, I am using LWIN as a gauge of when 1x is "ready to roll". They are deploying brand new networks in each city and until they roll out a fresh 1x network, I consider it not ready. No carrier needs the capacity more, and certainly none are closer to Q.
