Then you don't understand what I mean by "mature". Unless I qualify it by the particular, my usage of "mature" subsumes a fully rational and morally developed person. But I can't fully explain it to you now as I am going to the hospital.

I can explain it further later if you still don't understand what I mean by the usage.
