Eric,

Sometimes I wonder, the ones who make the simplest mistakes that even 6 yr olds can avoid, might be doing it deliberately. For all we know, estephen may very well be the biggest genius among us all here. He might very well have an IQ of 999 and deliberately making glaring errors to hide his true identity.

But then again, I could be wrong.

Everyday is a new day for rmbs. I think many of us have our own ideas how the rest of this will unfold, and some may even have installed the proper safeguards and hedges to try to emerge out of this ok.

In my humble opinion, this is not a common occurrence:
1. this is a company with significant legal setbacks,
2. it has a very loyal and admirable group of well informed longs with deep pockets who are convinced it will emerge victorious,
3. it has a sizeable short position making a squeeze possible,
4. it has a still decent institution and mutual fund holdings that may or may not be liquidating positions.
5. there are still a few legal challenges ahead; perhaps even legal victories!
6. it still has a history of moving sharply up and down, allowing some degree of excitement.
7. it has relatively cheap call options, allowing the shorts to cheaply buy insurance and keep their ill-gotten gains.

I think this story is a lot more interesting than anything else out there today.
