Scios (SCIO: news, msgs, alerts) , whose shares were halted during Friday's session, said after the closing bell that an FDA advisory committee has unanimously recommended approval of its drug Natrecor to treat acute congestive heart failure. The FDA's final decision is expected in July, with a full launch expected by the end of that month. Scios shares closed Thursday at $24.56.
