Don't forget that when we were talking about EBSC last year it came out that EBSC was nowhere near as cheap as it looked because of lease liabilities. That might also be an issue with BONT. I also do not like stocks that seem incredibly cheap where the company won't buy stock. It usually means that they aren't so cheap, and we are missing something.

Perhaps BONT management enjoys buying cheap shares too much to have the company execute a large buyback:
