Al, SWD is one of those special situations I look for in a junior resource company. It has undergone a rollback, the insiders have carried the company and received stock for debt resulting in a very small float(I estimate under a million shares) and most important, have the horsepower to finance the company and make a market. Assuming that SWD will want to proceed with a number of programs this exploration field season, starting in July, and with a large budget, the timing shouldn't be far off-it might not be this week though:-(
