This cake is very, very rich. I used regular butter instead of light, omitting the butter extract. I also used Philadelphia cream cheese, instead of the other which I do not want to look up right now to spell correctly.
Emily liked the nuts - so you might want to add more if you like them. A little coconut might be nice too.

Very good cake.
