Personally I prefer being a penguinarian. I eat what they eat: raw fish guts and popsicles. And I try to avoid places where sea cows and walruses hang out. I'm so certain that this works that I believe, if I wear a crash helmet 24/7, I can live to infinity in a tux on an ice floe.

p.s. using their worthless low-level logic i could point out that you are four times more likely to suffer a heart attack after eating a high carbohydrate meal.
