Well, the guy that appears to have previously owned the LUMM shell is Louis Mikulic from Vancouver, in post 1433 of this thread there are listed about 2 dozen of the scammy looking stocks he was previously involved in: Message 12603107

Birds of a feather flock together, just like crooks. So the LUMM people that did business with Mikulic are probably of similar character - not the type of people to buy cars or stocks from.

Now that the LUMM Pump & Dump has run its course, maybe it is time to do a post-mortem. Who made a lot of money from this little zero-revenue company?

The Yahoo insider trading data lists some names: Groome Capital, Molex Inc., Mark P. Andrews (VP, dir, CTO, sec), Denis N. Beaudry (dir), Vincent Belanger (CFO), and others.

Mark Andrews and Denis Beaudry did very well, having unloaded over $2,000,000 of stock each. An excellent "take" considering that LUMM was just a part-time job for them.

Of course we will likely never know the names of those who were behind the scenes.
