You may have Gates confused with Paul Allen. And, most of the money comes from the Omaha backers (see Walter Scott, Kiewit) and Wall Street.

I'm re-opening my long position this morning. Company now trades at a discount to book value (as well as cash).

I do not believe that LVLT will go bankrupt.
