Glenn, its just not you. I'd love to own the law firm who defends Morgan Stanley. So would I. However, would not Morgan Stanley have an entire firm in house by now<VVBG> It is a cost of doing business when one does business in their fashion. That statement is vague you know;-) Was/is Morgan Stanley the one that underwrote Ariba too and there is litigation on that one also?
