Good observation Andrew. Looking at the last move up by the Will.&R, it has taken approx 6 mo. to get as far as it has and could take another 6+ to cross the 50%, IF it moves straight up. A wrinkle would drag it out further. Six months would tie in with the Elliott Wave calling an end about that time,saying to cash in at year end.
