Hmmm .... well it's in a fairly ritzy neighbourhood, right ... so before it on that site there were likely a few mansions or fancy apartments, some shops maybe, certainly a restaurant and at least one house of ill repute.

But they would have been gone before it arrived .... well, it must have replaced air then ... yes, that's it, the element iron replacing the elements oxygen, nitrogen, exhaustogen, etc. ...
